of this Agreement ("Terms of Service") govern your relationship with Sunyimin Games and its affiliates ("Sunyimin" or "us" or "us") with respect to your use of Sunyimin Games, Website and Related Services ("Services").

Grants Limited Permission to Use the Services
Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with these Terms of Service and any other relevant Sunyimin policies, Sunyimin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license subject to the following limitations restrictions to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. Disrupt, aggravate or assist or facilitate the interruption or overload of any computer or server ("Server") used to provide or support the Services or any Sunyimin Gaming Environment.
Initiate, assist or participate in any type of attack, including but not limited to spreading viruses, denial-of-service attacks on the Service, or otherwise disrupting the Service or any attempt by anyone else to use or enjoy the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts registered by others, or computers, servers, or networks connected to the Services by any means other than the user interface provided by Sunyimin, including, without limitation, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modifying, or encouraging or assisting Any other person circumvents or modifies any security, technology, device or software that is part of the Service.

By transmitting or submitting any User Content while using the Services, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that such transmission or submission is (a) accurate and not confidential (b) does not violate any law, contractual restriction or other third party rights and that you have Licensed by any third party whose User Content contains their personal information or intellectual property (c) is free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code, and (d) you acknowledge and agree that any of your personal information Sunyimin will Always handle content in such content in accordance with its privacy policy. Sunyimin is not responsible for the actions of any user who submits any User Content, nor is it responsible for inappropriate content or conduct in the Monitoring Service. We do not and cannot pre-screen or monitor all User Content. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. By using the Services, you may be exposed to User Content that is objectionable, indecent or does not meet your expectations. You assume all risk associated with the use of any User Content available in connection with the Services. At our discretion, our representatives or technology may monitor and/or record your interactions or communications with the Services while you are using the Services.
By entering into these Terms of Service, you hereby irrevocably consent to such monitoring and recording. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to the transmission of any User Content, including but not limited to chat text or voice communications.
If at any time Sunyimin monitors the Services in its sole discretion, Sunyimin remains not responsible for User Content nor is it obligated to modify or remove any inappropriate User Content. We have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, refuse to post or remove any User Content in our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Services and any other parties you interact with through the Services and/or Sunyimin games. Sunyimin reserves the right, but not the obligation, to participate in these disputes in any way. You will cooperate fully with Sunyimin' investigation of any suspected illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate activity, including without limitation granting Sunyimin access to any password-protected portion of your account.
In the event of a dispute between you and one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from all known and unknown claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential), arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Service Updates
You understand that the Service is constantly evolving.
Sunyimin may require you to accept updates to the Service and Sunyimin games you have installed on your computer. You acknowledge and agree that Sunyimin may update the Services and Sunyimin Games with or without notice to you. You may need to update third-party software from time to time in order to access the Services and play Sunyimin' games.
Disclaimer
Services are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and Content arising from the course of dealing or trade practice. Sunyimin does not warrant that you will be able to access or use the Services at a time or location of your choosing, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Games or Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES Sunyimin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or other similar damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, lost data or business interruption or other intangible damages (but such damages are eligible), arising out of or in any way related to these Terms of Service or the Service itself, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Sunyimin has be informed of the possibility of such damage. If under applicable law Sunyimin shall not disclaim any warranty or limit its liability hereunder, the extent of such warranties and Sunyimin' liability shall be the minimum permitted by such applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms of Service affects the statutory rights of any consumer, nor does it exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud by Sunyimin.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sunyimin from any claims, demands, damages or other losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party or arising out of your use of the Services or any breach by you of these Terms of Service, provided that if The above shall not apply if the infringement was not caused by your willful or negligent conduct.
Updates to Terms of Use
You acknowledge and agree that Sunyimin App reserves the right to update, modify or revise these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy at any time. You are advised to check the website from time to time for notifications of such updates.
